Trident Real Estate recently worked with a client, BotanyCo, who was attempting to lease a property on a major high street in Beaconsfield, Sydney.

In an advisory capacity, we developed a strategic repositioning and leasing plan that involved converting the property from an automotive workshop into a chic, creative space flowing with character.

Our retrofit revived the property. Polished concrete, and high-bay LED lighting were fitted to hint at the industrial heritage of the site, whilst a minimalist colour scheme was applied to the interior to emphasise the natural light of the space. This new space was finished with rustic his-and-hers bathrooms using mozart tiles and Caroma sleeky taps.

The renovation of the property allowed BotanyCo to secure a CrossFit gym together with a bohemian coffee roaster business as tenants and increased the rental yield on the property, capturing value for our client.
