Andrew Argyrou


Andrew Argyrou is responsible for the deal sourcing and business development of the company. He is a veteran of the property industry with over four decades of experience. Andrew established, grew and successfully exited a multi-award winning fit-out and construction company. Andrew has a flare for identifying sites in areas with significant regeneration potential.

He compliments the team’s skills by bringing practical insight. He has extensive project management and building experience and was responsible for managing over $400 million in commercial, retail and residential developments in Sydney.

Costa Argyrou


Costa Argyrou is responsible for deal origination and the strategic direction of Trident Real Estate Capital. Prior to founding Trident Real Estate, Costa was employed with Capital & Counties Properties Plc, advising on the multi-billion pound Earls Court rejuvenation project in London. Before joining Capital and Counties, Costa was a corporate lawyer specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity in the London office of Clifford Chance as well as Minter Ellison Lawyers in Sydney.

Costa has advised on large cap deals, £500m and above, for UK and international private equity houses. Costa holds an MBA with Distinction from the London Business School where he was a Dean’s Scholar.

He also graduated with first class honours from Oxford University with a Bachelor of Civil Law where he was awarded the Christ Church, Allan Myers QC Scholarship for academic excellence. Costa completed his undergraduate studies at the University of New South Wales, where he achieved a combined Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Law degree. Costa is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of New South Wales as well as being admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales.
