Trident Real Estate helped a partnership, BeaconsfieldCo, discover a commercial real estate investment opportunity in  South Sydney.

Working closely with BeaconsfieldCo, we evaluated the potential of the property and prepared a cash flow pro forma. On behalf of BeaconsfieldCo, we negotiated the sale price and contractual terms and subsequently implemented an agreed leasing strategy for the property to accommodate their objectives.
